Dear Friend,
I hope that this finds you well. I wanted to drop in and share one of my most recent reads with you. Ever since moving out here to the middle, I find myself often “eating my words.” I once said I would never live in an old house and that I wasn’t a fan of any kind of yard work. As you may have already noticed, we are now the stewards of a historic 1837 home and have an abundance of yard work and gardening that have become some of my most peaceful and enjoyable times here at the homestead.
Before moving out here to the middle (of nowhere) I used to proclaim I wasn’t a “reader,” but over the past year I’ve read DOZENS of books that came to me in times when I needed them the most. I’m not sure about you, but I don’t believe these books found me by happenstance and it’s my hope that by sharing what found its way to me may find another reader that may enjoy it also.

I like to read various books and magazines, but I have found a growing interest in inspirational and faith-based texts. If perhaps you are in a position in your faith where you want to dig a bit deeper, Adrian Best’s latest book, God’s Great Embrace is one you may want to read. Adrian was inspired by the death of his daughter to convert his doctoral research into what you can now read and learn from today.
It’s full of stories, rich truths, and an abundance of practical applications. You will take a journey through God’s Great Embrace and explore the wonder and mystery of the believer’s union with Christ and is sure to encourage and inspire you as well as challenge and transform you. If this is a book you think you may be interested in, you can get your own paperback, e-book, and audiobook by ordering here or enter a chance to win the book at the giveaway link here.
If you’d like to take a closer look, below you can view the official book trailer for God’s Great Embrace, listen to a sample of the audio book, as well as view sample chapters and be sure to share with a friend who you think would enjoy too!
xo,
