New in July! Weekly Affirmations.

Hey there Friend,

I have something new for you this July! In lieu of a message from me I am going to be sharing with you six Grounded in Gratitude cards for the week that you can simply save to your phone, or you can download and print. I personally like to read one card a day and on the last day of the week read each one and reflect. You can reflect mentally, or you can journal the thoughts you have after reading through each card. Sometimes I like to put the cards around the house where I know I will run into them throughout my day. There is no right or wrong way to use them-use them however you’d like.

I hope the cards help ground you in your week.

Grounded in the Middle Podcast -House History!

This episode is sponsored by Petra Tools visit, http://www.petratools.com to find tools and solutions you will come to depend on.

This is episode two of three, where I am sharing the history of our 186-year-old farmhouse as it is rumored to have been a stop on the Underground Railroad. It’s because of this rumor I started researching our home four years ago and wouldn’t you know I uncovered what was once likely a secret of our entire town.

After tuning in, visit these links to see the latest on the homestead’s history in our local county newspaper.
